- Provide comprehensive medical and nursing care to individuals, families, and groups
- Focus on health promotion, disease prevention, and wellness optimization
- Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families to support informed healthcare decisions
- Support daily clinic operations efficiently and safely
- Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education activities
- Work within a multidisciplinary team, including specialists in family practice, pediatrics, OB/GYN, and more
- Valid Nurse Practitioner (APRN) license in Vermont or eligible for licensure
- Minimum 1 year of experience in primary care or related setting
- Strong clinical skills in outpatient care
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
