What You'll Do:

Assist urology surgeons with diagnosis and treatment planning
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments
Develop and implement treatment and care plans
Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests
Assist in urologic surgeries and office-based procedures
Educate patients and families on diagnoses and procedures
Manage post-operative and follow-up care
Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff
Follow universal precautions and OSHA standards
Support departmental operations alongside clinical and administrative staff

What You Need:

Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Vermont
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred but not required:

Urology experience
Prior surgical or clinical office experience
