- Lead and collaborate with physicians, nurses, medical assistants, and staff to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families to support informed healthcare choices
- Maintain a safe, efficient clinical environment
- Support practice operations in a cost-effective manner
- Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education
- Valid Nurse Practitioner (APRN) license for Vermont
- 1+ years of relevant outpatient primary care experience
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient education skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a coordinated healthcare team
This position is based at Brattleboro Memorial Hospital within a leading facility in Brattleboro, Vermont. You will be part of a compassionate, patient-focused outpatient primary care team dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare services across a broad spectrum of patient needs.
