The Sleep Expert will elevate and enhance the customer's in‑store experience by serving as a trusted sleep authority and offering best‑in‑class products.

• Provide technical and product knowledge to customers and serve as a subject matter expert.
• Execute Mattress Firm selling programs with digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers; maintain accountability during and after purchase.
• Monitor competition and maintain awareness of competitor advertisements and services.
• Leverage social media to increase brand awareness and sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds as required.

Competitive pay range of $59,000 – $65,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
