Family Engagement Specialist

We are looking for a Family Engagement Specialist to join our Easterseals Vermont team. The role involves facilitating family meetings, providing in‑home support, coaching parents, and creating genograms.

• Facilitate family meetings.
• Provide in‑home support to strengthen families.
• Coach parents in safe and nurturing care with children in DCF custody.
• Call extended family members to explore support and create genograms.

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
• Two years of human services experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check.
• Own reliable vehicle with insurance meeting coverage limits.

Full‑time: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday. Flexibility to support parents’ individual schedules is welcomed.

Starting $20 hourly. Additional compensation based on experience and degree: $20.50 for Associate's degree; $21.00 for Bachelor's degree; $22.50 for Master's degree.
