Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) (Inpatient)
Location:
Brattleboro VT 05301
Shift: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Contract:
13 Weeks
Pay Rate: #####0/hour
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of clients to understand their unique needs, strengths, and challenges.
- Identify and diagnose mental health issues, emotional struggles, or social problems
- Provide individual, family, or group counseling to address emotional, psychological, and behavioral concerns.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions.
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to the unique needs of clients.
- Coordinate services, resources, and referrals to meet clients' goals.
- Advocate for the rights and interests of clients within various systems, such as healthcare, education, and legal settings.
- Promote social justice and work towards systemic change
- Demonstrate sensitivity and awareness of cultural diversity, including race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexuality, and socio-economic status.
- Adapt interventions to be culturally appropriate and relevant.
