ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Assists staff with interdepartmental errands.
  • Assists with clerical task by typing and filing patient folders, faxing, translating, photocopying, and collating paperwork when needed.
  • Answers the telephone when needed and directs calls promptly, accurately and with courtesy.
  • In times of emergency, holidays, or when there is a large customer workload, the volunteer will assist in obtaining basic registration information.
