School Secretary
The job of "School Secretary" is done for the purpose/s of providing a wide variety of clerical support to assigned personnel: communicating information to staff, the public, and other districts; orienting assigned personnel to their job requirements; ensuring compliance with financial, legal and administrative requirements; assisting students with a variety of needs under supervision of the site administrator, and providing information and/or direction as may be requested.
Requirements/ Qualifications
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Prior full time job related experience with increased level of responsibility
