• Operate all equipment
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
• Prepare products
• Receive and process telephone orders; take inventory and complete associated paperwork
• Clean equipment and facility on a daily basis

• Communication: comprehend and give correct written instruction; communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person
• Numerical ability: perform basic arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply, divide) quickly and accurately; may use a calculator; make correct change
• Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands to perform precise movements with speed
• Computer input: enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
• Standing for most tasks; walking on ceramic tile or brick with linoleum in some areas
• Height of work surfaces between 36 and 48 inches

• Walking: generally short distances for short periods
• Sitting: paper work normally completed in an office at a desk or table
• Lifting: bulk deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds with dimensions up to 3' x 1.5'; cases up to 72 high; large cans weighing 3 pounds 7 ounces; pizza sauce up to 30 pounds; dough trays about 12 pounds each
• Climbing: infrequent stairs or ladder to change light bulbs or clean ovens; wash walls
• Stooping/bending: forward bending at the waist at the pizza prep table; occasional duration notes as applicable
• Crouching/Squatting: to stock shelves and clean low areas
• Reaching: continuous up and down; occasionally above 72 inches to turn on/off controls and to lift and lower objects
• Hand Tasks: hand-eye coordination essential; use of both hands continuously; manipulating pizza peel; folding boxes; pinching for box folding; grasping cans, phones, pizza cutters, pizza peels, and boxes
