Salary Range: $45.00 To $47.00 Hourly
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN Staff for our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) to provide exceptional care to our patients and their families. As an RN Staff in our NICU, you will be responsible for monitoring and caring for premature and critically ill newborns, administering medications, and collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Your expertise and attention to detail will be crucial in providing the highest level of care to our patients and their families.
- Active RN license in the state of California
- BLS and NRP certifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Monitor and care for premature and critically ill newborns in the NICU
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and their families on proper care techniques and procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
As an RN Staff in our NICU, you will utilize your exceptional clinical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to provide the highest level of care to our patients and their families. Your expertise in administering medications and treatments, monitoring vital signs, and assessing patient needs will be crucial in ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Additionally, your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in educating patients and their families on proper care techniques and procedures, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
