Overview
This position is designed to give current nursing students concentrated exposure to acute patient care settings and an opportunity to shadow registered nurses and ancillary services in an acute care setting. Limited technical nursing care and clerical support for assigned patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. This position may require flexibility of hours.
Qualifications- Education:
Current enrollment in an accredited ADRN, BSN, or MSN registered nursing program with successful completion of at least two semesters of clinical nursing. - Verification of current enrollment in an accredited nursing program from a college or university registration form or an official statement from the college or university.
- Provide an unofficial copy of college or university transcripts or proof of highest degree earned as applicable.
- Provide at least one reference from a clinical instructor.
- Licenses/Certifications:
Current American Heart Association BLS Provider required.
