• Manage a portfolio of Enterprise clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
• Act as a strategic partner to clients, driving the expansion of platform usage
• Conduct regular meetings to align on goals, review performance, and plan strategies
• Monitor account health and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Collaborate with internal teams to address specific client needs and feedback

• Previous experience in account management or client relationship roles, ideally with Enterprise clients
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Consultative and results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders at various organizational levels
• Willingness to travel for in-person client visits

• Experience with large networks, franchises, or multi-unit operations
• Knowledge of the fitness industry
• Background in technology or SaaS companies
• Familiarity with customer success metrics (CSAT, churn, expansion)
