CSM-10 - Customer Management Specialist

Job Title

The person will be responsible for managing medium-sized client accounts, ensuring governance and driving the adoption of solutions. They will work on developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, offering training and collecting feedback to ensure satisfaction and retention. They will have full responsibility for meeting the contractual commitments established.

• Ensuring governance, adoption, and compliance with contractual commitments of clients.
• Developing and maintaining a solid relationship with clients, offering training and collecting feedback for satisfaction and retention.
• Participating in non-directed contract renewal negotiations, ensuring documentation and approvals.
• Applying project management skills to ensure seamless deliveries in the client environment.
• Acting as a point of contact and escalation for clients, with comprehensive knowledge of services provided.
• Analyzing processes and historical reports to identify gaps in systems and deliveries.
• Monitoring installation and delivery activities, ensuring compliance and client satisfaction.
• Documenting contractual or internal policy deviations as per guidelines.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients across all operational delivery lines.

• Bachelor's degree
• Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel, Power BI)

• Intermediate/advanced English

• Good communication skills
• Proactivity
• Good problem-solving skills
• Dynamism
• Ability to work under pressure
