What You’ll Do
  • Deliver exceptional service:
    Create welcoming, personalized experiences while assisting customers with a variety of banking needs.
  • Support multiple banking centers:
    Travel within your assigned market to provide teller and customer service support based on staffing needs.
  • Open and service accounts:
    Assist customers with new accounts, account maintenance, and other platform transactions.
  • Process financial transactions:
    Accurately complete teller transactions while maintaining balancing and operational standards.
  • Identify financial solutions:
    Recommend products and services that align with customers' financial needs and generate referrals for specialized banking partners.
  • Support branch operations:
    Assist with daily branch activities, operational reporting, compliance requirements, and branch administration.
  • Build lasting relationships:
    Develop customer relationships that deepen engagement and support long-term financial success.
  • Maintain compliance:
    Follow Bank policies, operational procedures, SAFE Act requirements, and regulatory standards.
What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED and six months of teller experience with sales experience, or a bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Previous banking, teller, customer service, or retail sales experience preferred
  • Demonstrated success meeting customer service and sales goals
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional judgment, confidentiality, and a customer-focused approach
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications
  • Ability to obtain and maintain SAFE Act registration
  • Ability to operate a computer, cash handling equipment, and other standard office equipment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and associates in person and by telephone
  • Ability to review detailed financial information and accurately process transactions requiring close visual attention
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 75% of an eight (8) hour workday.
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between banking centers within an assigned market
