• Continuously monitor system health, create effective alerts, and ensure proactive incident coverage
• Enhance observability through instrumentation of infrastructure metrics, application metrics, and customizations while supporting end-to-end troubleshooting
• Design and implement observability solutions integrating logs, metrics, traces, and events
• Create and manage informative dashboards for critical data visualization
• Implement structured logging and tracing infrastructure for improved event tracking

• Solid experience with AWS, including container services and Kubernetes
• Skills in process and infrastructure automation
• Familiarity with monitoring and distributed observability tools, such as Datadog
• Knowledge of Dev Ops practices and CI/CD
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and agile environment

• Previous experience in SRE or Dev Ops roles
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices
