• Implement and enhance Salesforce solutions using standard configurations and custom developments
• Manage data migration and manipulation activities within the Salesforce platform

• Practical experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Proficiency in Salesforce development using LWC, Visualforce, Aura, and Flow
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs
• Strong understanding of Salesforce application models and best practices for configuration and customization
• Familiarity with deployment tools such as Azure Dev Ops

• Experience with CPQ and Data Cloud
• Background in digital transformation projects within financial services, cards, benefits, or incentives
• Knowledge of advanced automation and process optimization on the Salesforce platform
