We are looking for a Senior Solutions / Principal Architect to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will act as a strategic technical leader across high-profile engagements, specifically focusing on Legacy Modernization, Data Platforms, and Composable Commerce. You will be responsible for defining the architecture for complex transformation programs—ranging from migrating legacy logic into modern Data Lake houses to decoupling monolithic e-commerce systems into headless, event-driven architectures.

You will work closely with stakeholders in the UK, Europe, and our delivery centers in Brazil to turn technical strategy into business value.

• Experience leading large-scale modernization projects (e.g., Strangler Fig pattern), specifically moving from legacy on-prem/monolithic systems to Cloud-Native architectures.
• Deep architectural knowledge of the Cloud ecosystem (Microsoft Azure: APIM, Functions, Service Bus, Event Hubs, Azure SQL/Data Lake).
• The unique ability to architect both Application layers (API/Microservices) and Data layers (Lakehouse/ETL).
• Fluent English with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to executives and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring Senior Architects and Tech Leads, reviewing technical designs, and ensuring engineering best practice.

• Design Headless/Composable Commerce architectures, decoupling front-end experiences (React/Next.js) from backend systems (SAP Hybris) using BFF (Backend for Frontend) patterns.
• Define API strategies using Azure API Management to orchestrate calls between CMS (Amplience), Commerce Engines (Shopify/Salesforce), and ERPs.
• Architect modern Data Platforms using Databricks and Delta Lake on Azure.
• Oversee the migration of complex logic (e.g., Alteryx/Excel/SQL) into standardized Py Spark and Delta Live Tables pipelines.
• Define Data Governance standards (Unity Catalog/Microsoft Purview) and ensure data quality through automated validation frameworks (e.g., Great Expectations).
• Champion Dev Ops culture, CI/CD pipelines (Azure Dev Ops/Git Hub Actions), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Drive the adoption of AI-Augmented Development (e.g., Agentic AI, Copilots) to accelerate discovery and delivery.

• Proven experience as a Solution or Enterprise Architect in large-scale environments.
• Solid experience with Node.js and/or Python development ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of Microservices and Event-Driven Architecture

• Experience with Databricks (Lakehouse architecture) and Data Engineering fundamentals.
• Experience with Headless Commerce principles (Next.js, CMS integration, API gateways).
• Familiarity with ERP integrations (Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP).
• Ability to map technical solutions to business KPIs (e.g., reducing operational complexity, improving billing accuracy, increasing site performance).

• Knowledge of SAP Hybris or Alteryx (to understand the legacy systems being replaced).
• Experience with "Fin Ops" to evaluate and optimize Cloud costs.
• Experience with GenAI tools for code generation and legacy code analysis.
