- Develop and maintain Salesforce-based solutions using modern design patterns
- Provide ongoing support, including incident management and root cause analysis
- Expertise in Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
- Proficiency in Salesforce Apex and Salesforce Flow
- Strong integration experience with REST API and Webhook
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Familiarity with design patterns and FFLIB
- Experience with Git-based source code management
- CI/CD pipeline management experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Experience obtaining CAB/Governance approvals for technical changes
