This role sits at the center of client-facing training and development initiatives within the automotive sector.

The Training Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering end-to-end training projects, ensuring high-quality execution, on-time delivery, and strong alignment with client business objectives.

Acting as the primary point of contact between the client and internal consulting teams, this role translates learning needs into structured, impactful development solutions.

Key Accountabilities

Training Project Management & Delivery

* Lead training projects across the full lifecycle: needs diagnosis, design, planning, execution, and evaluation

* Develop and manage project plans, timelines, governance models, and deliverables

* Ensure quality, consistency, and effectiveness of all training outputs

Client & Stakeholder Management

* Serve as the main interface with client stakeholders at multiple organizational levels

* Build trusted relationships with clients, understanding business priorities and performance challenges

* Translate client needs into clear briefs for internal teams and partners

Team Coordination & Execution

* Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including trainers, consultants, and subject matter experts

* Monitor progress, manage dependencies, and remove execution barriers

* Ensure adherence to consulting processes, methodologies, and standards

Performance Management & Continuous Improvement

* Track and analyze training KPIs and project performance indicators

* Identify risks, issues, and improvement opportunities, proposing corrective actions

* Support the development of proposals and new training solutions

Automotive Sector Focus

* Deliver training initiatives for automotive clients, with emphasis on technical training, dealer network development, performance programs, and capability-building initiatives

Candidate Profile

Experience & Background

* Proven experience in project management, preferably within training and development environments

* Solid background in learning and development, corporate education, or consulting

* Experience in the automotive sector is desirable

Technical & Professional Skills

* Strong project planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

* Experience working with KPIs, performance tracking, and evaluation methodologies

* Intermediate to advanced English proficiency - desirable

Mindset & Competencies

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities

* Strategic mindset with strong execution focus

* Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented approach

* Comfortable operating in client-facing, dynamic environments

Working scheme: remote - must be available to attend occasional in-person meetings in São Paulo, when required.
