POSITION SUMMARY:

The individual will be responsible for managing medium-sized client accounts, ensuring governance and driving the adoption of solutions. They will work on developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, offering training and collecting feedback to ensure satisfaction and retention. They will have full responsibility for meeting the contractual commitments established.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Ensure governance, adoption, and compliance with contractual commitments of clients.

Develop and maintain a solid relationship with clients, offering training and collecting feedback for satisfaction and retention.

Participate in non-targeted contract renewal negotiations, ensuring documentation and approvals.

Apply project management skills to ensure seamless delivery in the client environment.

Act as a point of contact and escalation for clients, with comprehensive knowledge of services provided.

Analyze processes and historical reports to identify gaps in systems and deliveries.

Monitor installation and delivery activities, ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction.

Document contractual or internal policy deviations as per guidelines.

Build and maintain a relationship with clients across all operational delivery lines.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

Bachelor's degree

Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel, Power BI)

DESIRED REQUIREMENTS:

Intermediate/Advanced English
