For our location in Emmerich am Rhein, we are looking for a Head of Project Management (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

• Responsibility for the operational and strategic management of project management
• Control and coordination of complex projects in the coffee sector – from planning to successful implementation
• Implementation and continuous development of efficient project management processes, methods, and tools
• Ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality, and budget compliance in all projects
• Close collaboration with adjacent departments such as production, quality assurance, procurement, sales, and product management
• Identification of risks and development of appropriate measures to minimize risks
• Promotion of agile methods and active advancement of process improvements
• Leadership and development of the local project management team
  Reporting line to the Global CSO and close coordination with international stakeholders

• Completed studies in mechanical engineering, plant engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field
• Extensive, relevant experience in project management within the coffee industry
  Experience in leading and implementing complex projects
• Profound knowledge of modern project management methods and tools
  Strong analytical and strategic skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented working approach
• Communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage
