Job Description

Brazil North Industrial Park Plant – 2831 N Industrial Park Drive, Brazil, IN 47834, United States of America.

Hourly Pay: $22.30 with shift differential.

Shift: 2nd & 3rd

2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 3 PM–11 PM

3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 11 PM–7 AM

• Follow established procedures and guidelines to perform a variety of simple, manual tasks that form part of a production process.
• Load materials into production machines.
• Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment.
• Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality.
• Remove, pack, and sort raw materials or finished products.
• Collect and dispose of garbage and production waste according to the organization’s waste removal and recycling policies.
• Clean production equipment and work areas.

• Able to repeatedly lift to 50 lbs within a scheduled shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Proven history of reliability and consistency with attendance policies.
• Mechanically inclined with math and troubleshooting skills.
• Can make independent decisions that follow company policies and procedures.
• Ability to detect inconsistencies and a keen eye for detail.
