As a Junior Marketing Assistant (m/f/d), you are part of our global marketing team with ten colleagues and actively contribute to the strategic development of our brand. With a strong understanding of brand strategy, technology, and communication, you help make our brand identity tangible worldwide.
You support us in consistent brand management across all channels, ensure a coherent brand architecture, and make sure that our brand strategy is implemented in every measure and at every touchpoint.

The position is within the marketing department and reports to the Senior Marketing Management.
Team SizeYou work as part of a team of 10 colleagues who are internationally distributed.
International ConnectionsDue to the global structure of our corporate group, there are regular alignments with all international locations.
Your Tasks- Support in international marketing and communication campaigns
- Coordination with regional marketing teams and external partners
- Preparation of briefings, protocols, and recommendations for action
- Analysis of relevant KPIs in the market and competitive environment
- Ensuring efficient information flow between department management, team, and other international stakeholders
- Support in day‑to‑day operational tasks
- Structured and independent working style
- Strong interest in brand strategy and communication
- Digital affinity and a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and data‑driven processes
- Confident communication in German and English
- Flexibility and willingness to work at other locations in an international environment
