The Regional Sales Manager, Brazil is a key member of the Latin American Sales team and is directly responsible for driving sales growth in Brazil.
This role works closely with the Director of Sales, Latin America, and is part of the front-line sales team that works hand in hand with Ross customers and business partners in South America. The Regional Sales Manager, Brazil has an advanced understanding of the regional and cultural factors that influence commercial sales of Broadcast solutions in the local region. This role will act as a customer-facing representative of Ross Video, responsible for building strategic, long-term relationships with customers through in-person and virtual, site visits and meetings to promote the sale of Ross solutions.
This role is responsible for achieving quarterly and annual sales goals, building strategic business relationships, and implementing all sales and channel strategies in their region.

What the job is all about:
- Responsible for proactively and aggressively growing existing and new business relationships for Ross Video based on an assigned portfolio of regional accounts.
- Develops new sales opportunities and maintains existing corporate business through the delivery of on-site and virtual sales presentations to customers and business partners through the application of the Ross Way to Sell (RWTS) methodology.
- Creates and executes an annual sales plan to accommodate Team LATAM’s and individual territory goals, including annual quota retirement and meeting monthly order targets for the assigned portfolio of regional accounts each fiscal year.
- In conjunction with the Director of Sales, LATAM, this role manages the Sales forecast analysis and reporting for the regional accounts within their territory.
- Works collaboratively with the Inside Sales Teams and other Regional Sales Teams, particularly where the customers have locally based business entities to ensure that customers are satisfied, and sales opportunities are adequately leveraged for Ross.
- Negotiate and close sales opportunities.
- Build and nurture relationships with ends users and customers.
- Develop and maintain sales forecasting activities and assist in setting of territory sales goals with business partners.
- Perform market analysis to define underlying and undiscovered customer needs and optimal pricing strategies for regional customers.
- Direct channel development activity in the territory, and coordinate sales distribution by establishing business partner territories, quotas and goals.
- Work as a system and product consultant in conjunction with the Team LATAM Solutions Architects to help customers overcome their technical challenges, and to propose solutions and products that meet their needs.
