• Propose and implement architectural improvements and code optimizations in existing web applications focused on scalability, maintainability, and security using Angular
• Architect, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Java, optimizing business processes and system integrations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and propose innovative solutions that add value to products and clients

• Proven experience in frontend architecture and development with Angular, including performance optimization and automated testing
• Solid experience in backend system architecture and development using Java, including RESTful API design and microservices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with presentation and negotiation abilities to interact effectively with technical teams and stakeholders
• Proactive mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Deep knowledge of agile methodologies (SCRUM and KANBAN) and experience in contributing to continuous process improvement

• Familiarity with Dev Ops practices (CI/CD, test automation, monitoring) is considered a plus
