Position: Accounting Manager (Bilingual Mandarin)

Lead and oversee daily accounting operations of the U.S. entity, including Account Rceivable, Account Payable, and general ledger activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness;
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual project cash flow and balance reports in compliance with U.S. GAAP and group reporting requirements;
Handle corporate and individual tax filings in the U.S., conduct tax planning aligned with the construction/EPC industry, and proactively manage tax audits and compliance risks;
Collaborate with headquarters to establish and optimize financial management processes and internal controls tailored to project-based business operations, ensuring compliance for the U.S. entity;
Serve as the primary finance liaison to the headquarters, while maintaining strong relationships with local banks, tax authorities, auditors, and legal advisors to ensure effective external communication.

Qualifications

Experience:

6–10 years of relevant experience in accounting, bookkeeping, taxation, and financial reporting in the U.S.;
Industry Background:
Experience in construction, engineering, or project-based environments is preferred;
Education & Certification:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related fields; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification is preferred;
Language:
English required as a working language;
Mandarin Chinese proficiency preferred to support communication with headquarters and local stakeholders;
Skills:

Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state tax regulations, hands‑on tax filing experience, solid understanding of accounting principles and standards, and proficiency in accounting systems and Excel;
Soft Skills:

Strong communication and coordination skills, high sense of responsibility, stability, team-oriented mindset, and ability to work in a cross‑cultural and cross‑time‑zone environment.
