Tax Senior / Tax Supervisor
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Tax Senior or Tax Supervisor to join our growing team. In this role, you will balance high-level tax preparation for complex returns with the review of workflows from junior staff. Salary Range: $110,000 - $125,000 per year
Required Experience:
5+ years of public accounting experience
Certifications:
CPA or EA heavily preferred

Our firm combines the high-quality technical expertise of a large firm with the collaborative, close-knit atmosphere of a smaller practice. We specialize in providing tailored tax planning and compliance services to high-net-worth individuals and closely-held businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare complex individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns.
- Review tax returns prepared by staff accountants and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct tax research and planning to minimize client tax liabilities.
- Identify and resolve complex tax compliance and accounting issues.
- Maintain direct communication with clients to gather data and deliver updates.
- Mentor and train junior staff members to foster professional growth.
Qualifications:
- 5 or more years of recent experience in public accounting tax services.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Active CPA license or Enrolled Agent (EA) credential is highly preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations.
- Proficiency with standard tax software and accounting research tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a hybrid work environment.
