Responsibilities:

• Process and review invoices using three-way matching to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Perform full-cycle accounts payable duties, including coding, batching, and matching transactions.
• Handle account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
• Execute check runs and ensure timely payment processing.
• Manage high-volume data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.
• Utilize accounting software, such as Oracle, Quick Books, SAP, and Microsoft Excel, to perform daily operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies in invoices or payments.
• Maintain organized financial documentation and records for auditing purposes.
• Support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to workflow efficiency.
