Position: Loan Support Clerk
Genesis
10 is currently seeking a Loan Support Clerk for an onsite position with a Major Financial Institution located in Brea, CA. This is a 12 month contract opportunity.

Summary:
Provides administrative and clerical assistance to the loan processing team by maintaining accurate records, managing documentation, and supporting day-to-day operations related to loan servicing.

Responsibilities:

• Process and file loan documents, applications, and correspondence.
• Verify the completeness and accuracy of borrower information.
• Update loan systems with status changes, payments, and account notes.
• Assist with data entry, document scanning, and responding to internal or external inquiries.
• Prepare routine reports and maintain organized loan files.
• Support loan officers and processors with clerical tasks and customer follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Experience in a financial or administrative support role.
• Familiarity with loan documentation and basic banking procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis
  10 employees will be considered for this position.

Pay rate range up to $24.62 hourly.
