EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
- Bilingual English/Japanese (Conversational is OK)
- 4-year college business degree
- Entry level is OK
Responsibilities include planning and managing procurement and inventory for the Amusement Departments at store locations. This involves vendor management, product negotiations, and overseeing the administration of purchase orders.
Key duties:
- Identify and plan for the arcade needs of the Amusement Departments
- Collect and analyze sales data from all stores
- Source potential suppliers
- Participate in negotiations and administer awarded contracts
- Accept delivery of arcades and promotional items, inspecting them upon receipt
- Review invoices and submit them to Accounting for payment
- Maintain vendor relationships
- Travel to sites as required (approximately once a month for 2-3 days)
- Ensure the maintenance and appearance of all displays in the Amusement Departments
