Project Coordinator
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7am a.m.–3:30 p.m.
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid available after training*
The Project Coordinator supports the Residential Sales segment and is responsible for coordinating customer orders from contract through delivery, installation, and resolution. This role works closely with sales teams, fulfillment partners, manufacturing, and third‑party providers to ensure accurate execution, timely delivery, and excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate order entry, purchasing, scheduling, releasing, delivery, and installation
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external customers
- Track key dates and manage order details from start to finish
- Schedule value‑add services, pre‑finish work, deliveries, and installations
- Manage shortages, damaged product recovery, service appointments, and parts ordering
- Collect customer payments and process factory credits as needed
- Support inventory activities and continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate installation permits and Lead Safe Install documentation
- Schedule installation and recovery appointments
- Approve and process payments for subcontracted installers
- The pay range for this role is $27 - $31/hr., with eligibility to receive other supplemental earnings such as over‑time. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, specific work geography, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

- High School Diploma or GED required;
Associate or Technical Degree preferred - 1–2 years of customer service or general business experience preferred
- Strong customer service, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn internal systems
Primarily an office environment with occasional warehouse exposure.
