Project Billing Administrator

Company: Fast Growing Construction Firm

This role manages preliminary notices, lien waivers, and project documentation while assisting with collections, payment processing, and customer account support. Maintains accurate records, coordinates vendor and customer setup requirements, and ensures timely communication with internal teams and customers. Requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

$60,000 - $75,000 per year
