Source Pro Search, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Estimator for Heavy Civil Construction to support operations in the Southern Region of the United States. This role is responsible for preparing timely cost estimates for public and private infrastructure projects.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of estimating experience in heavy civil construction, a Bachelor's degree is preferred, and must possess strong analytical and communication skills.
Compensation includes a salary range of $80,000 to $150,000 per year, health benefits, an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), and a retirement plan.
