Senior Estimator ​/ Sales Manager – Institutional Casework & Millwork

We're looking for an experienced estimator and sales leader to take ownership of our estimating and sales department. This is a rare opportunity for someone who wants real influence over which projects we pursue — not just a seat filling out bids.

You'll manage client relationships, generate new business, and accurately estimate institutional casework, laboratory casework, and millwork projects from plans and specifications. You'll also run our sales/estimating department, including quarterly projections and performance tracking, while working closely with production and project management to keep budgets on track.

• Build and grow client relationships; bring in new projects and accounts
• Estimate casework and millwork jobs from plans and specs with precision
• Manage the sales/estimating department, including forecasting and performance review
• Maintain project budgets and coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth delivery
• Stay current on cabinetry materials, design trends, and construction practices

• 5+ years actively bidding institutional casework, laboratory casework, and/or millwork
• Experience managing a sales or estimating department
• Working knowledge of Woodwork Institute (WI) requirements
• Strong estimating, cost analysis, and budget management skills
• Solid understanding of cabinetry design, materials, and construction practices
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field a plus
• Salary $100,000 - $150,000, based on experience
• Full-time, on-site in Brea, CA
