Akkodis is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a Contract opportunity with a client in Brea, CA). We’re looking for a bilingual Customer Support Specialist to manage incoming calls, process orders, create CRM cases, and deliver an excellent customer experience.
TermsRate Range: $28/hour to $30/hour; (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)
6+ months Contract
Onsite in Brea, CA - 4 days in office, Fri – Remote
Requirements- 2+ years of customer support experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, SAP & MS Dynamics
- High school diploma: college preferred
- Medical device/dental implant knowledge is a plus
- Handle daily call volume and order processing
- Create/update cases in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Resolve customer inquiries and elevate when needed
- Maintain accurate customer data (error rate
