Customer Service Rep, Bilingual, Spanish Customer Service

Pay: $25 to $28 per hour
OverviewWe are seeking a professional, customer‑focused Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative to support our clients and customers with high‑quality service. This role requires strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, the ability to problem‑solve in real time, and a commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details
- Document all interactions in the system with attention to detail
- Resolve customer concerns while demonstrating empathy and professionalism
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when needed
- Meet or exceed department service metrics and performance goals
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
- Previous customer service experience in a call center, office, or service‑based environment
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced setting
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Proficient with computer systems, CRM tools, and multitasking between applications
- Reliable, detail‑oriented, and team‑focused
