Collection Account Representative - Full Time

Have the freedom to work a full-time (40 hours) or part-time schedule (20-29 hours). Our operating hours are Monday through Friday only from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. No late nights or weekends!

We are centrally located in Brea with close access from the 55, 57 & 91 freeways.
Role- Primarily making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls from patients and/or responsible parties
- Troubleshoot situations and overcome objections to payment utilizing customer service and negotiation skills. This includes addressing questions and concerns about balances owed to our clients.
- Follow company policies and all applicable laws regarding collections and healthcare.
- Excellent communication and people skills. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
- Intelligent team members who can think quickly, multitask, and problem‑solve.
- Team players who are willing to work hard and want to achieve success.
- Ideal background:
student pursuing a post‑high school degree/certification or experience in healthcare, customer service, call centers or sales. - Strong typing and software skills are required. Preference for candidates with Collect One experience.
