Job Title : Customer Service Representative
Location : Brea, CA 92821

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Answering phones in a timely and efficient manner.
- Processing customer orders via fax, EDI and phone.
- Responsible for the entry of all standing orders and special pricing agreements for a designated region.
- Supporting the field reps (both sales and service) with day to day inquire and placing of their orders. Proof of delivery of shipments, as needed.
- Maintain level of accuracy both as a department and individually.
- Knowledgeable on our products and special projects as deemed necessary by manager
