Test Engineering Lead
This role is a hybrid Test Engineering Lead position requiring both strong automation expertise and a willingness to perform manual testing (approximately 40% of the workload). The engineer will lead a scrum team of 2–3 Test Engineers, drive test strategy for complex, highly integrated systems, and ensure high-quality delivery for Guidewire Policy Center initiatives. This position is fully remote, supports core hours of 9am–3pm PST, and is structured as a 6-month contract with potential to extend or convert.
