This role will lead estimating for private and public works bids, including large-scale design-build and alternative delivery projects. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in heavy civil estimating, strong leadership, and proficiency with Bid2
Win, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6. You will mentor junior staff and coordinate cross-functional bid efforts to win projects up to $300M.
