Loan Specialist

Genesis
10 is currently seeking a Loan Specialist - Onsite position with a Global Financial Institution located in Brea, CA. This is a 4 month contract opportunity.

Pay range:
Up to $33.83 per hour

This position is responsible for all new loan boarding and loan modification. The role involves post-origination quality control of loan reviews, ensuring proper documentation, account disbursements, insurance monitoring, and payment processing for various loan types including SBA, Commercial RE, Business Loans, and Participation/Syndication Loans.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all new loan boarding and loan modifications
• Conduct post-origination quality control reviews of loans for proper documentation
• Handle account disbursements
• Monitor flood and hazard insurance
• Oversee payment processing and other adjustable loan processing tasks
• Ensure understanding and application of compliance issues related to various loan types

Requirements:

• Senior-level (10+ years) experience in lending, loan onboarding, loan processing, or financial services
• Familiarity with loan documentation, credit evaluation, and compliance regulations
• Knowledge of SBA, Commercial RE, Business Loans and Participation/Syndication Loans
• Proficiency in loan boarding and servicing applications and Microsoft Office tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis
  10 employees will be considered for this position.
