Position Summary

The Documentation and Funding Specialist is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Sales Team while ensuring the timely, accurate, and compliant processing of finance applications and funding documentation. This role partners closely with Account Executives and internal departments—including Credit, Documentation, and Funding—to facilitate efficient transactions and deliver exceptional internal customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Process finance applications accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinate with Account Executives and internal departments to facilitate timely Credit & Funding of transactions
  • Audit transactions to ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies and funding requirements
  • Review and verify documentation before funding
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Operations Team
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is properly organized and retained
  • Communicate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and obtain missing information
  • Prioritize multiple assignments while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Safeguard confidential customer and company information
  • Support continuous process improvements and operational efficiency
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in administrative support, operations, finance, equipment leasing, banking, mortgage lending or documentation processing preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also working independently
Performance Expectations

Success in this role is measured by the employee's ability to:

  • Process finance applications accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and compliant documentation
  • Build productive working relationships with Account Executives and internal departments
  • Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, initiative, and a positive attitude
  • Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Must have strong communication skills within the organizations and externally with customers
  • Meet established productivity, quality, and accuracy standards while supporting the daily objectives of the Operations Team
  • Competitive annual salary of $80,000–$95,000
    , plus bonus eligibility, based on experience, qualifications, and performance
