Loan Consultant

Placement Type: Contract

Duration: 6 months

Pay Rate: $30-$32/hr

Location: Brea, California

Schedule: Mon-Fri on site

• Perform end‑to‑end setup of new commercial and fiduciary client accounts through internal account‑opening platforms
• Review, assemble, and validate new account documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance
• Process account maintenance requests, including updates, corrections, and documentation remediation
• Support a wide range of account types, including business, trust, estate, and fiduciary structures
• Partner with internal teams to resolve documentation gaps and ensure timely account activation

• 2–4 years of experience in commercial banking operations or a comparable back‑office role
• Hands‑on experience with new account opening documentation, including business, trust, estate, and fiduciary accounts
• Strong knowledge of account‑opening controls, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements
• Proven ability to process high volumes of work accurately with exceptional attention to detail
• Experience working within internal banking portals or workflow/account‑opening systems

• Prior exposure to trust, estate, or fiduciary operational workflows.
• Familiarity with regulatory expectations around KYC, CIP, and account governance.
• Strong written communication skills for internal issue resolution and documentation follow‑ups.
• Ability to prioritize workload effectively in a deadline‑driven environment.
• Experience navigating multiple internal systems simultaneously.

This is a Contract position based out of Brea, CA.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
