We are Orange Twist, a high‑end, personalized aesthetic treatment shop focused on innovation and customer experience. Our 24 locations provide 7 types of treatments including facials, peels, and advanced esthetic procedures.

2‑3 shifts a week, minimum 4 weekend days per month.

$24+/hour (base on experience) with incentive and commission.

• Perform skincare consultations to assess client skin conditions, concerns, and goals.
• Provide customized skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other advanced esthetic procedures.
• Conduct thorough skin analysis and recommend appropriate skincare regimens and products tailored to individual clients.
• Perform professional extractions and provide guidance on home‑care techniques.
• Administer specialized treatments such as acne, anti‑aging, and skin rejuvenation therapies.
• Stay current with latest trends, techniques, and industry advancements through ongoing education.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to sanitary and safety standards.
• Keep accurate client records, treatment details, and product recommendations.
• Upsell retail skincare products and recommend home‑care routines.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members to create a harmonious professional environment.
• Assist in promotion and marketing of services, events, and products.

• Certificate of Completion of an esthetics program.
• State Board Certification of Barber and Cosmetology.
• Current, unrestricted esthetician license in the state.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an esthetician.
