Payroll Specialist/Administrator I (Contract)
Brea, CA (Onsite; also open to Hebron, KY or Cleveland, OH) | Full-time, 40 hours/week |

Seeking a Payroll Specialist/Administrator I for a hands‑on payroll support contract. Responsibilities include payroll data entry, time and attendance validation, and Excel reporting. This is not an analyst role; ideal candidates will thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Support payroll processing and data entry.
- Review and validate time and attendance records.
- Assist with payroll audits and compliance reporting.
- Run and format payroll/HR reports using Excel.
- Support daily payroll operations for the Pay and Benefits team.
- 2+ years of hands‑on payroll experience.
- Experience with payroll systems (ADP preferred).
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work fully onsite.
- Contract position through February 2026.
- Onsite only (no remote/hybrid options).
- Suitable for junior to mid‑level payroll professionals.
