We are actively recruiting the best and brightest candidates to join our company, and as a young and fast‑growing company, we are presently searching for a new member to join our team.

The HR Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department. This entry‑level role is responsible for assisting with employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, supporting compliance processes, and responding to general employee inquiries. The ideal candidate is organized, detail‑oriented, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities
  • Preparing personnel files for new hires, filing paperwork and documents, tracking employee attendance records, preparing termination documentation.
  • Conduct pre‑employment screening interviews, schedule interviews and meetings, prepare necessary documentation for scheduled interviews.
  • Support employee benefits administration, including assisting with enrollment, responding to employee inquiries, and facilitating the enrollment process.
  • Assist with reviewing employee timecards for accuracy and coordinating corrections between supervisors and management as needed.
  • Assist with new hire onboarding, including collecting required documentation
  • Ensure completion of I‑9 forms and employment eligibility verification
  • Support employee engagement initiatives by assisting with company events, recognition programs, internal communications, and activities that promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Ensure employee records are complete and compliant with federal and state regulations
  • Assist with employee engagement activities and internal communications
  • Assist with day‑to‑day HR administrative tasks and perform other HR and Office Admin related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 0‑2 years of administrative or HR‑related experience.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Highly confidential and follow human resource protocols, policies, and procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
