About the Role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to support hiring across multiple functions and business units throughout North America. This role combines full-cycle recruiting, proactive sourcing, talent market insights, and strong stakeholder partnership to help Envista attract and hire exceptional talent. As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will partner closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and candidates to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes.

You will manage searches from intake through offer acceptance while building talent pipelines and identifying creative ways to attract top talent in a competitive market. This role is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys both sourcing and relationship-building, can work independently, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Must reside within a commutable distance to both Brea, CA and Irvine, CA, as the office location will be relocated from Brea to Irvine in approximately Q1 2028.

This is not a hybrid or remote opportunity and requires onsite presence 4 days per week.

Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define hiring requirements, and develop effective recruiting strategies. Lead intake meetings and establish clear hiring plans, timelines, and candidate profiles. Conduct candidate screening, structured interviews, and assessment discussions to evaluate qualifications and overall fit. Facilitate interview processes and partner with hiring teams to drive timely hiring decisions.

Manage offer development, candidate negotiations, and offer acceptance activities.
  • Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development Develop and execute sourcing strategies using Linked In Recruiter, referrals, networking, job boards, talent communities, and direct outreach. Identify and engage passive candidates for current and future hiring needs. Build and maintain candidate pipelines for recurring and difficult-to-fill roles. Utilize market research and talent mapping techniques to identify talent pools and competitor targets.
  • Talent Advisory & Stakeholder Partnership Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to hiring managers and HR Business Partners. Provide guidance on talent availability, market conditions, compensation expectations, and recruiting best practices. Establish strong working relationships across business functions and operating companies. Ensure a positive and professional experience for both candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
  • Continuous Improvement Use recruiting metrics and data to identify opportunities for improved hiring outcomes. Share market insights and recruiting trends with hiring managers and stakeholders. Support Talent Acquisition initiatives, projects, and process improvements. Contribute ideas that improve efficiency, candidate experience, and overall recruiting effectiveness. Serve as a resource and mentor for less experienced recruiting team members when appropriate.
