AboutThe Role
We're looking for someone who can seamlessly combine recruiting with day-to-day HR administration, and who is equally comfortable leading a candidate interview and organizing a new hire's first day.
- Own the full recruitment cycle - posting job ads, reviewing candidates, conducting initial interviews, coordinating technical interview rounds, and keeping candidates informed at every stage
- Manage the full onboarding and offboarding experience
- Prepare and maintain the HR documents (offer letters, agreements, etc.)
- Track and update time off, leaves of absence, payroll changes, and salary data in HR systems
- Ongoing contact with employees, including signing documentation, receiving applications/statements, and responding to inquiries
- Review and process expense reports and wellness reimbursements
- Generate compliance reports and coordinate on GDPR and FedRAMP documentation
- Keep the office running: supplies, mail, business cards, and kitchen stock
- Coordinate shipments, promotional materials, and equipment return
- Organize business travel, hotel bookings, and company events including the annual holiday party
- Higher education (HR, labor law, economics, or related fields).
- Experience in human resources, especially in the recruitment field (2-3 years).
- Experience working in SAAS companies or startups.
- Analytical skills, communication (face-to-face contact with employees), organization, and discretion.
- Demonstrate strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model.
