Position: Human Resources (HR) Manager
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to support key people operations for a contract assignment in Brea, California. This role will oversee employee relations matters, core HR administration, benefits coordination, and onboarding activities while helping maintain accurate HRIS records. The ideal candidate brings a practical, employee-focused approach and can manage day-to-day HR needs with professionalism, discretion, and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
• Guide managers and employees through workplace concerns, resolving issues fairly and in alignment with company policies and employment practices.
• Oversee daily human resources administration, including personnel documentation, policy interpretation, and maintenance of employee records.
• Administer employee benefit programs by supporting enrollments, updates, questions, and coordination with external providers as needed.
• Manage onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring paperwork, orientation steps, and system access are completed in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update HRIS data to support accurate reporting, compliance tracking, and employee information management.
• Partner with leadership on HR matters such as policy application, employee communication, and consistent handling of workforce issues.
• Monitor HR processes for compliance with applicable regulations and internal standards, escalating concerns when appropriate.
• Contribute to process improvements and support operational changes, including HR-related system or workflow updates when required.
