Overview
IT / Application Support Onsite in Brea, CA – Brighton Solutions is seeking an IT / Application Support professional to join our team on a contract basis in Brea, California. This onsite role supports a busy engineering services office with day-to-day technical needs ranging from computer support and printer management to application troubleshooting and user assistance.
Responsibilities- Provide technical support for desktop and laptop computers, printers, and other office hardware
- Support users with software and application issues
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding of employees from an IT perspective
- Maintain and manage IT inventory and documentation
- Respond to support requests in a timely and professional manner
- CRM support:
Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics
Location: Onsite in Brea, CA
Duration: 6-12 months (with potential to extend or become long-term)
Type: Contract / Temporary
Work Environment: Office-based, supporting engineering and technical teams
